Terms for using John and its Google integrations.
These Terms of Service govern access to John, a business operations intelligence system operated by 24/7 Expedite, Inc. By using John or connecting a Google account to John, you agree to these terms.
1. Authorized use only
John is intended for authorized business use. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time if use is unauthorized, unsafe, or inconsistent with company policy or these terms.
2. Connected Google accounts
You may connect only Google accounts that you control or are authorized to use. By connecting an account, you authorize John to access the Google services and scopes shown during consent for the purpose of delivering John’s approved features.
3. Approval-gated actions
John is designed to keep protected workflow actions governed and auditable. Some actions may require explicit approval, may be simulated before execution, or may be rolled back when verification fails.
4. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
John is provided on a business-operations basis and may change over time. Features, integrations, and uptime are offered on a commercially reasonable basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use John for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity
- Do not attempt to bypass governance, approvals, authentication, or audit controls
- Do not connect accounts you are not authorized to use
6. Third-party services
John depends on third-party services including Google APIs and Google Cloud. Use of connected services remains subject to the applicable third-party provider terms and policies.
